Baskin Robbins does not say that they are gluten-free. This is the list of what does not contain wheat. If you are celiac I would probably be aware and not go there. If you are wheat-intolerant you are probably okay. Either way, I would suggest asking them to use a new scoop to prevent cross-contamination.
