GF Menu-You can ask for gluten-free noodles (rice) and they do have GF buns for hamburgers. As always make sure you make it clear that you are ordering from the gluten-free menu. They will be sure to utilize clean utensils to minimize cross-contamination.



I went to a cooking demonstration there and we asked questions. This is when I received the information about the GF buns. They do bake their own bread there but they do so in the basement so again to avoid cross-contamination. The owner has a sister-in-law who is gluten and wheat intolerant (this is what I am) and that is when they decided to do what they could to offer GF choices. Their goal is to become the premiere GF restaurant in the Ogden area. I was very impressed with the owner and all the steps they have taken to offer people a wonderful option. That night he cooked for us the Caramelized Filet of Salmon which was yummy even though I don’t like fish. He gave us a taste of the Flourless Chocolate Dream Cake. In the future they may refer to this as a Chocolate Torte so don’t be shocked if that is different if you go there. And if you were wondering…yes you can have risotto. He taught us about risotto that evening. I had never tried risotto before. I need to work on that one. Anyhow…enough blabbering. The restaurant info is:
