You can buy Kraft mac n cheese or buy the processed cheese separate at the GF store in Layton. The original recipe is:
Cook up Tinkyada noodles (about 3/4 cup dry). Then divide the Kraft cheese packet into thirds. One third of the Kraft cheese packet is the perfect amount for 3/4 cup of dry noodles. After the noodles are cooked and drain, mix in cheese packet with butter and milk. It is cheaper than most gluten free Mac n cheese boxed meals.
My recipe:
1/2 C. cheese
Japanese noodles
1/2 C. butter
1/4 C. Almond milk
Prepare noodles per the package. Melt the butter. Add cheese, butter and almond milk.
In both cases...enjoy!
